Number 2 Porters Court, Hibivillea, is a charming holiday villa suitable for families or couples situated on the ever popular exclusive west coast of Barbados. A prime location set in the parish of St James just north of Holetown with the prestigious Fairmont Royal Pavilion hotel within walking distance.
Our family owned traditional style Bajan villa is one of eight properties located in Porters Court, a secure private development with gated entrance. We have traditional rented direct with repeat guests on a word of mouth basis. Set in stunning tropical gardens, our villa is the ONLY property to offer its very own back private terrace with sun deck, that sets us apart from the other Villas on the Porters Court complex.. A tranquil communal swimming pool perfect for an early morning swim, including sun loungers and shaded umbrellas for your relaxation.
Magnificent white sandy beaches are a three minute walk away, you can enjoy a late afternoon sunset stroll and a cocktail or two. There are numerous restaurants , shops and hotel beach facilities either within walking distance or a short drive along the coastal road.
Hibivillea has been built to a traditional chattel house style, with polished hardwood floors, high pickled pine ceilings and coral lights. It is a stylish yet child friendly villa with suitable entertainment features to make you feel at home. WIFI, Amazon Fire Stick TV with all UK channels and Sky and BT Sports, stereo CD and books are available to read at your leisure.
The property has two large air conditioned en-suite bedrooms with twin beds in each that can easily be made into double beds if preferred. The rooms also enjoy access to our private rear terrace. The lounge and dining area open out via two sets of double doors onto a beautiful outdoor patio with table, chairs and a hammock. All is perfect for dining or relaxing with a book in the shade. The villa enjoys a refreshingly cool breeze flowing between back and front doors when open. A fully equipped modern kitchen includes washing machine , dishwasher and fridge freezer.
On arrival you will be met by our housekeeper or property manager or be given the code to the lock key box ..for access. Jeanine will visit you if not on arrival the next day. Porters Court is a secure complex with electronic gates at the front entrance and access to the beach is from the rear gate activated by security code.
If you require collection to and from the airport this can be arranged and you would pay our driver directly. Grantley Adams International Airport is approximately 45mins away for your information. Shopping can be purchased for your arrival if necessary.
