Summary: The villa is surrounded my lush vegetation, and overlooks the shared pool. The indoor/outdoor feeling of the villa was heavenly. There were no mosquitos, and we were happy to leave all the doors open while we were home. The location is a 5 mi ute walk to Gibbes Beach, which is probably the loveliest, quietest, most idillic setting I could ever imagine. Best beach I've ever been to in my life. If you'd like something more lively and serviced, you can walk an extra 5 minutes to Mullins, or take a quick 5 minute drive south to Thunderbay, and run a tab with Simone for a delicious lunch, cheap beer and chaise loungers. Although the area is walkable, we recommend getting a car to have easy access to grocery stores, sightseeing, and quick drives to Holetown and Speightstown. Cabs are cheap but they add up.
