The ground floor consists of two air conditioned Double Master Suites and equal in size but different configuration with en suite bathrooms and large doors that open into the garden. Bedroom 1 can be prepared as Twin beds that can also be converted into a king bed, with a walk in closet and en suite bathroom with shower. 2nd bedroom has a king bed, closet and en suite bathroom with shower.

The 1st floor is also air conditioned and has an open plan Kitchen, Living room & dining area as well as a powder room and a covered outdoor terrace for dining or relaxing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, a breakfast bar and granite countertops. There are also ceiling fans throughout the unit.
The roof deck is perfect for relaxing under the umbrella, sun bathing, alfresco dining or grilling on the Bbq.

During Your Stay
No additional guests or visitors are allowed sleepovers at the property without prior permission.
No parties, large gatherings, games nights or loud music are allowed.
No Smoking is permitted in Any area inside the Villa. If you smoke outside, please dispose of butts appropriately but not inside the house. Additional professional cleaning charges will apply to remove smoke from drapery and furniture etc
No pets are permitted.
Please refrain from sitting on beds, chairs, ect. with wet swimwear or when sunscreen lotion has been applied.
Please remember to close windows and doors in the event it rains or when the house is unoccupied.
Please turn off all A/C units, lights, and fans when not in the room/property.
Please be careful with the keys as there is a Us $200 charge for all lost keys and replacement locks.
You are responsible for security. Please lock and secure the property when you are not there.
The accommodation is self-catering. Initial starter supplies of hand soap, toilet rolls, shower gel, dish cloths and sponges are provided. Once used, you will need to purchase whatever you require.
On departure, please make sure you take all of your belongings.
The property owner is not responsible for power, water or internet outages initiated by service providers. We will do all that we can to inform and advise on the service but it's ultimately out of our control.
Access must be granted for urgent or emergency maintenance.

Security Deposit (Damage Retainer)

Assuming zero damages, the security deposit is refunded in full after departure and when the property has been checked.
