Positive: Em & Emm apartment Beautiful modern fresh apartment. All mod cons, beds were amazing! Towels were large fresh & fluffy! Beautiful beach towels. Large comfy sofas. Open plan spacious kitchen , dining & living area. Close to airport, 4 mins drive from Oistins. Easy access though by buses which run frequently. There's only one bar serving food & beverages closes most days by 6pm. They do however have music on occasions. Closet supermarkets/ shops are in Oistins. Apartment entrance, top of a slope, road quite rocky & dimly lit. There's a bit of development in the area which can give a sense of isolation after dark, but perfectly safe. The apartment does have a small pool & 2 loungers, with shower and dining facilities. Access however, is a little tricky. Stairs leading to pool & grass play area are missing handrails, brighter lighting and the greenery needed attention, but will be stunning when completed. [ ] Our host, Claudia, was very respectful, accommodating & attentive. Claudia was essily reachable by phone /messaging or she was on site. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly, efficiently & professionally! Issues outside of her control, she was able to resolve with minimal stress to us. We loved that Claudia provided us any extras we requested at short notice. Being so far from the supermarket, she offered to pick up provisions if we needed. On our last night at the apartment, Claudia treated us to a night out, a lovely restaurant. We had food, cocktails & danced the night away to one of her favourite live reggae band. Ensuring a perfect end to our stay at Em & Emm apartments! Miss Claudia! Thank you for making this a most memorable experience for us... we would most definitely return & look forward to seeing the apartment in it's full glory! ( bbq pit included) Would strongly recommend to others. It's a solid 8.5 from me...

Negative: Could do with some local shops for basic provisions. Location is a little out the way & dimly lit in places.
