Welcome to the unpretentious and breezy Graceville, an elegant four-bedroom villa on the platinum west coast of Barbados. The property is located directly across from a quiet and safe beach, which is excellent for sun bathing, water sports, and long walks. There is a panoramic, unobstructed view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea with its white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets. The villa is close to golfing and dining at the world-famous Sandy Lane Hotel. Nearby shopping is available in Holetown.
Enter Graceville via the enclosed patio/sun room, you'll find stunning displays of art, and high ceilings… an exquisite décor with nothing to hinder the relaxed ambience. There is every convenience and amenity to make your stay pleasing, peaceful and unforgettable. Graceville is spacious; perfect for entertaining and having fun. The entire property is enclosed with gates making it safe for children to play outside.
There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (each bathroom has a hair-dryer). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and a personal safe for your valuables. Maid service provided twice weekly.
The bed configuration is as follows:
" Master bedroom - King size bed - sleeps two. En-suite bathroom with jacuzzi.
" 2nd bedroom - Queen size bed - sleeps two. Shares bathroom (tub and shower) with bedroom 4.
" 3rd bedroom - 2 Twin beds that can be joined together to make a king-sized bed - sleeps 2. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
" 4th bedroom - double bed sleeps 1 or 2 comfortably. Shares bathroom (tub and shower) with bedroom 2.
There are 3 Supermarkets and a fish market within 10 minutes of the villa. The kitchen is well equipped. The kitchen bar counter seats 4. The dining table seats 6. For your convenience the laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and space for hanging clothing if needed.
For your entertainment, there is cable Tv and Dvd players. There are three Flat screened Tvs. Wireless internet is available. There are direct dial landlines in each room and all local calls are free. Outgoing international calls are barred, however there is a 'magic jack' service which facilitates free calls to the Usa and Canada.
There is easy access to the garden. There is an area to eat outside and there is a large patio with 2 tables and chairs for outdoor eating. A Bbq grill, with all necessary utensils is provided.
There is a Bbq, Bbq utensils and Bbq gloves. Guests are to provide their own coals. There is a picnic folding table and beach chairs and umbrellas.
The house is inspected yearly by the fire department and the health department and certificates are issued for both.

During Your Stay
No additional guest or visitors are allowed sleepovers at the property without prior permission.
No parties, large gatherings, or loud music are allowed. (15 or more persons)
No Smoking is permitted in Any area inside the Villa. If you smoke outside, please dispose of butts appropriately but not inside the house.
No pets are permitted.
Please refrain from sitting on beds, chairs, ect. with wet swimwear or when sunscreen lotion has been applied.
Please remember to close windows and doors in the event it rains or when the house is unoccupied.
Please turn off all A/C units, lights, and fans when not in the room/property.
Please be careful with the keys as there is a Us $200 charge for all lost keys and replacement locks.
You are responsible for security. Please lock and secure the property when you are not there.
The accommodation is self-catering. Initial starter supplies of hand soap, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, shower gel, dish cloths, and sponges are provided. Once used, you will need to purchase whatever you require.
On departure, please make sure you take all of your belongings. There is a charge of Us $20 + P&p for items to be forwarded.
The property owner is not responsible for power, water or internet outages initiated by providers. We will do all that we can to inform and advise on the service but it's ultimately out of our control.
Access must be granted for urgent or emergency maintenance.

Security Deposit (Damage Retainer)
A security deposit of Us $1,or equivalent is required upon payment of rental fees. Breakages or damages must be declared and paid for or replacements made. If charges are made to the security deposit, Invoices/receipts will be provided.
Assuming zero damages, the security deposit is refunded in full after departure and when the property has been checked.
