Summary: The views from the upper veranda of the ocean were absolutely stunning. We were super lucky to be the only ones staying in any of the surrounding rentals, so it felt like our own private beach. When we 1st arrived there was an issue with the oven and no tools for the barbeque, Mark was extremely responsive and quick to resolve everything, there was also some excavations going on at the property next door the 1st morning, with loud beeping and typical heavy equipment banging, when I mentioned this to Mark he was kind enough to contact them, they finished up within an hour and the rest of our trip we got to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and all the beautiful birds instead of construction noises.The kitchen and entire unit was well equipped, the beds were very comfy, but only one room had mosquito netting over the bed, (there is no glass or screens in the windows so ALL the bugs can come in and do!) even with bug spray on we got a ton of bites. The entire place is like an old favorite pair of shoes, not fancy, a little tired and warn but super comfy and felt very homey. Overall we were super happy with our stay, you really can't beat the views and the direct access to the beach for the price, we will be back again for sure!!
