Summary: The hotel and room was AMAZING!!! The only complaints I have are to at the pool area is not super private. We had children above us on the balcony and neighbors to the left of us… This made the area not seem so “private”. Also, there were a few bugs that came in the kitchen when we cooked. The last thing was that our room did not have a/c for the first night and only the a/c in the bedroom worked for the remainder of the stay. The property manager did extend a resort credit to us for the inconvenience. Other than that, this was a very nice property. The staff was super friendly and we got complementary rum punch upon checking in!! Will definitely be back!!!
