Located on Mullins Beach in the St Peter parish of Barbados, the property consists of the main house and two additional guest cottages, constructed around a 17th-century sugar mill.
With so many glorious open spaces, including a private orchard, tennis court, and cliffside gazebo; Mullins Mill is the perfect location for families who want to make the most of their tropical surroundings. Offering seclusion and comfort in equal measures, you will feel as though you have arrived in your very own private paradise.
As you first make your way into this idyllic home, you will discover the open-plan living and dining room complete with a well-equipped gourmet kitchen. With a full staff on hand including a personal chef, you will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious Bajan delights with family and friends each and every evening. In the main house, you will also find two of the eight bedrooms. An additional four bedrooms can be found in the gate cottages on the grounds, with the remaining two bedrooms in the adjoining cliff cottage. All bedrooms benefit from their own private ensuite, as well as glorious views over the gardens and over to the coast.
Outside, a cliffside infinity swimming pool, beach house, and separate jacuzzi are just a short walk from the main house. The twittering of native wildlife in the gardens is an absolute delight to hear as you make your way around the secluded grounds of Mullins Mill.
