This is a charming three-bedroom villa located on the water's edge in the peaceful village of Sherman’s just five minutes north of Speightstown on the sought-after West Coast of Barbados. The property was beautifully renovated and offers comfortable Caribbean living all on one level.
With a commanding beachfront position, the villa creates a perfect setting for your Barbados holiday. Featuring three bedrooms all with air-conditioning, sea views and en-suite bathrooms, this villa is perfect for a family, a group of friends, or an intimate couple’s retreat.
The open plan dining and living area flows out naturally to the expansive covered wooden deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea. A plunge pool, palm trees, hammocks and a historic cannon add to the charm of the home. There is a private beach gate with stairs down to the sea, guests can enjoy swimming in front of Little Good Harbour Hotel which has a calm enclosed swimming area perfect for small children.
The villa is surrounded by many amenities and attractions with the renowned Fish Pot Restaurant just two doors down, Animal Flower Cave a 10-minute drive to the north and plenty of shopping and dining options in Speightstown and Holetown. Our concierge can also arrange a worry-free itinerary during your stay including catamaran cruises, airport transfers, island tours and much more.
N.B. Please note that the entire property is non-smoking (and vaping) both indoors and outdoors.
Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.
Your rental includes a cook and housekeeper service, 6 days per week, excluding public holidays. Please note that the cook leaves the property at 8pm. If the cook is required to stay on past 8pm a taxi must be provided at the expense of the guest.
The cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.
This is one of our beachfront Barbados villa rentals. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but as a result of sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur including a narrower beach and more rocks visible.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
