This elegant Georgian style villa is located on the west coast side of Barbados, on the edge of the prestigious Sandy Lane golf course and Holders Polo field and a few minutes from the pretty village of Holetown with its many restaurants, bars , cafes and amenities. The property benefits from spacious rooms, has a good size swimming pool, garden and covered patio. The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. The ground floor comprises of a large open plan area with fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area and a large sitting room. Two large French doors open onto the patio and secluded garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with induction stove, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster etc.
There is a laundry room with washing, drying, ironing facilities and a downstairs WC.
The first floor comprises of one large en-suite bedroom with one queen size bed and one single bed. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity unit, double size shower and w/c.
There is second double bedroom with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has American size twin beds. A large baby cot is also available.
