This is a one of kind, older, charming 3-bed family home located in an established neighborhood and is just minutes away from the beach and the many amenities of Holetown. Toad Hall sits on over 21,000 sq. ft. of lush landscaped gardens with a view of the sea. The large verandah with a lounge and dining area overlooks the swimming pool and gardens, and is the perfect space to hang out with a book or to enjoy casual meals. The swimming pool is beautifully set in the garden and also has sun loungers so that you can fully relax in the sunshine.
The master bedroom and the second guest room both open onto the airy courtyard with a koi pond. The king size bed in the master bedroom overlooks the gardens and has a small private patio. For working guests there is also a cosy study area with a desk. The second guest room also has a king size bed, adjacent bathroom and lots of closet space for your holiday wardrobe. The third bedroom with a king bed and en suite is found through their own little courtyard - perfect for teenagers or grandparents looking for a little more privacy. All of our bedrooms are air-conditioned. Please note that the bathrooms are older and while the owner has plans to renovate they are in working condition.
Toad Hall has lots of lovely little design touches throughout - you really feel like you are surrounded by years of character. It is a perfect retreat for a family or a group of friends - even those looking to enjoy all the benefits of working from Barbados, including writers and artists - we hope that Toad Hall inspires and rejuvenates you. Our residential neighborhood is a short drive away from the beautiful beaches of the West Coast, along with the bustling coastal city of Holetown - which has lots of dining options, supermarket, medical services, shopping and more.
For guests looking for a silent or quiet retreat, please note that the neighbour's dog may bark from time to time. Unfortunately despite our best efforts we have been unable to stop this. If you are sensitive to noise then please check with our team for other recommendations.
