Summary: Proximity to ocean approximately 40 feet. Helpful and kind staff. Unit well furnished. Good internet. Cannot vouch for TV as we did not turn it on.This is an end unit, ground floor. As such , there was a sense of privacy.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and easily recommend.
