Positive: We stayed in a separate apartment at the back of house in a lovely part of Barbados. It is incredible value for money in Barbados. It has an air conditioned one bedroom. I added a mate and John gave us a mattress, linen and did not charge a cent. Full kitchen etc. It is 1km walk from the beach. but you can't get better value in Barbados. John is a super friendly chat. Great host.

Summary: Amazing value and fantastic place to base ourselves
