Located on the second floor, this approximately 1700 sq. ft. unit also benefits from an additional private sun deck on the floor above. Complete with loungers and jacuzzi to enjoy the sun and stars, this elevated position provides panoramic views of the Caribbean and wonderful sunsets. The spacious open-plan design, set east/west allows cool breezes to blow through the property if desired with ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in both bedrooms. The main living area opens onto the dining terrace via French doors whilst the kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances for self-catering and with an adjacent utility room complete with washer/drier. The two double bedrooms, situated at either side of the property, provide complete privacy and each feature built-in wardrobes with additional French doors to the dining terrace. Maid service is complimentary and provided on three days each week.
