Warawee villa is well designed, airy and set in over half an acre of beautiful tropical manicured gardens. The pool situated near main house is available when house is unoccupied usually May to end of October. This delightful villa is secure, tastefully furnished and comprises one bedroom with vaulted ceiling, shower room, separate fully fitted kitchen and lounge-diner. It has it's own landscape garden and private terrace surrounded by hibiscus, ginger lilies and bougainvillea. A wood gazebo with table and chairs for you to enjoy alfresco dinning and sun beds for topping up the tan. There are ceiling fans throughout, Air conditioning in the bedroom, satellite TV, with sports channels/package, WiFi and secure parking. The walk to both beaches is level and takes 3-4 mins. The housekeeper is on site between 08.30 and 13.00 Monday to Saturday. Wendy has been with us for 25 years. She is utterly trust worthy and a fountain of local knowledge; so if you have any queries about the bus or shops, just ask. We can arrange for a taxi to collect you from the airport and food items in the fridge for your first 24 hrs. Just email us a list. Wendy cleans the villa twice weekly, linen and beach towels are changed. Wendy meets and welcomes all guests on arrival, shows them around and demonstrates access and lighting.
