The tower, reminiscent of a medieval bell-tower, is a feature of the house with its high vaulted ceiling and ornate windows. At the top of the stairs you enter the master bedroom , with super king four poster bed and separate dressing room. The en suite bathroom has a large corner bath tub, a separate shower and twin basins. Running the length of the master suite and approached through two sets of French windows is its private veranda, offering truly spectacular westerly views of the Caribbean Sea.
The picturesque, partially open-air dining room looking out towards the sea is an impressive feature of the house, with its own internal garden and cathedral ceiling. The spectacular black granite dining table on carved coral pedestals is complemented by a matching built-in bar, the perfect place for cocktails as you watch the sunset on the sea. Next to the house is the self-contained, air-conditioned, one-bedroom cottage with ensuite bathroom and separate kitchen. This can be configured as twin beds or king-size as required. Guests of Oceana have the use of all the Sugar Hill amenities. These include a clubhouse with large pool, restaurant, fully-equipped, air-conditioned fitness centre and members lounge, as well as the first-class David Lloyd tennis facilities.
