A size of 180 - 200 square meters plus plenty of sun roof covered and open air terrace area provide for an unusual spacious unit, it has a fully equipped and good size kitchen, a large living room with comfortable seating and a dining area for 6 persons and 2 bedrooms, fitted with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Double French Doors all around the ocean facing part of the house open to the terraces with out door seating and dining options and lounge chairs / hammock.
Apart from beach just a few meters from the beach, this house is also surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and unobstructed ocean views.
