Negative: If you wish to market to an upscale client, here are my suggestions. Multiple pillows thicker than the sheets. A guide showing local areas within walking distances as well as recommendations for local services. It would also be nice to explain how you summon a taxi to a house with no street address per se, just a house name. Not sure this can be remedied but the bedroom storage is problematic at best. What is accessible won't fit a standard sized hanger and much of the storage cannot be accessed without a ladder. Lastly, access to a grill would be kind of cool.
Summary: Wonderful time. Certainly, worth the price. But with a little attention to detail it could be great.
