3 Bedroom House in Mangrove, ST.Martins
Welcome to my cosy home! Located in the residential area of Mangrove St. Philip, you can stay like a local on the island. We are a short journey away from Grantley Adams International Airport, and minutes from local shops and public transport.
I think the place is great whether you are travelling alone, as a couple or with friends and look forward to sharing my home with you.
Before booking please note my listing is available to visitors to Barbados only rather than staycations.
My home is a 3 bedroom house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, with all bedrooms located on the first floor.
A lower price is available if your booking for less than the house capacity of 6 persons. Just toggle the numbers of persons staying when making a booking.
You'll have access to all areas of the property* except two small storage rooms on the ground floor (under the stairs and next to the laundry area).
(*Where you've booked a small group i.e. 4 or less). I will check which bedrooms you'd like to occupy and will lock any remaining rooms not in use.)
The master bedroom overlooks the front aspect of the property and features an en suite bathroom , walk-in closet and balcony.
The 2 remaining bedrooms face the rear aspect overlooking the garden. One has a queen sized double bed, with the remaining room having 2 x single beds.
A separate bathroom serves these two rooms.
All bedrooms feature air conditioning.
The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen diner and lounge.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove as well as cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment for your use.
The lounge has a television with a Netflix subscription.
Internet access via Wi-Fi is available.
The house will be cleaned for your arrival. If you would like a mid-stay clean including communal areas, bathrooms and linen changeover, this can be arranged for you with the cost added to your booking.
The property also has a well kept garden with fruit trees and a gazebo where you can sit and overlook the garden.
The front and rear aspects have home security cameras looking outwards away from the property for your security and privacy.
The property is looked after by Pam an Victor Warner, who'll meet you at the property and address any queries they have. You can contact them or me during your stay and we'll always come back to you.
Please note - For stays of 4 weeks or more we still include electricity and water rates in the cost of your stay based on our previous experience on guest usage. However should the combined amount of these bills total more than $300 USD ($600 BBD) you will need to make a contribution for the difference.
