Number 14 is maintained to a high standard and elegantly furnished in a comfortable contemporary style. Downstairs there are ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioned bedrooms. The rear of the house is extremely quiet and peaceful as it backs on to a protected gully where fireflies can be seen at night and hummingbirds and native green monkeys often visit during the day. A fan cooled peaceful patio area at the rear leads to a small private garden which allows guests to eat outside or to sit and watch the monkeys swing through the palm trees. The townhouse has an open plan living / dining area with large wall mounted plasma screen TV and multi region DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso machine, blender, microwave and full oven and hob. There are two barbeques on the patio, both gas and charcoal.
