Summary: Just got back from a 6 day vacation in Barbados. My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel, and overall we had a lovely experience. The hotel itself is small, about 30 rooms. We got lucky with the fact that there weren’t a lot of people at the resort, due to it being off season. One night we were even the only couple there which we thought was great. We had the whole resort to ourselves. It says on the website you can go to sister hotels for dining, but the only one available is the Waves… everything else is under construction. There is hotel construction currently happening next door at the neighbor hotel, but it didn’t bother us. The noise wasn’t loud so we had no issues. We thought the service and hospitality was great, everyone was really friendly and catered to our needs. There is only one small restaurant at the resort, I would probably rate the food 7/10. My favorite dining time which I thought had the tastiest food was lunch. They had live music, one person singing, 2 of the nights we were there. The room overall was nice and decent, we had a nice ocean view. Heads up there is a tiny strip of beach associated with the hotel, nothing crazy. In order to get chairs on the beach, you would have to ask someone to put them there for you. But there really isn’t much room, but overall if you’re not picky, it’s still very manageable. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the hotel. Overall, for the price we paid to stay during low season, I thought it was a good deal.
