The exact location of the villa is between Fitts Village and Holetown which makes it a great base if you fancy a few drinks and food and Holetown (only 6 mins drive or 10 mins by local bus).
The nearest beautiful sandy beach is 5 mins walk. Other beaches up to 10/20 mins walk which are great to explore during your stay.

If the water tide is low you can walk all the way from Paynes Bay to Holetown along the beach.
Barbados is famous for it's beautiful beaches and endless possibilities of water sports. Just to name a few:
PADDLE BOARDING: boards and training available in Paynes Bay (1.3 km = 4 mins drive)
SURF: depending on weather conditions surfing is one of the best on the west coast (but also on the east coast for experienced surfers)!. Kite and windsurfing in Silver Sands
