We recommend that you take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation fees which are as follows:
A refund of the deposit is only valid if it is cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made within 21 days of the proposed arrival or after arrival (year round). No shows and early departures shall be deemed to be cancellations. If you book a non-refundable, (1) night or promotional rate, the full amount will be taken at the time of the booking and there will be no refunds given at any time. The rates are non-refundable.
