A wonderful 2 bedroom townhouse located within a two minute walk to the golden, sandy beaches in the St. James / Fitts-Village area. This townhouse is approximately 1200 sq. ft of living area with its own pool. The Space A wonderful townhouse located within a two minute walk to the beach in the St. James area, which is one of six. This townhouse is approximately 1200 sq. ft of living area with a kitchen fully outfitted with wooden cabinets and granite counters. There is a full appliance package of wash/dryer, Dishwasher, Stove and Fridge. The living and dining rooms are open plan and flow onto a private patio with a plunge pool. Just under the steps adjacent to the living room is a powder room and storage. Upstairs are the two other bedrooms which have a good cupboard space and each have en-suite bathrooms. It is one of six private homes just two miles away from Sandy Lane on a small gated estate. Set in tropical gardens with a own pool. The villa is fitted out with everything that you need to enjoy perfectly your stay here. Here is an amazing opportunity to enjoy a vacation in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is Neighborhood Overview My spacious family home is located in Fitts Village, on the 'Platinum' West Coast of Barbados, a 2 bedroom, recently constructed semi detached town house, on two floors, set in landscaped gardens. One of just 6 pairs of houses on this development located in a cul de sac with private parking. The white powdery sandy beaches and inviting warm blue Caribbean Sea is a mere 200 yards walk away in Fitts Village, where you will also find a supermarket, restaurant and beach bar. Situated on the West Coast, the property is ideally located to enable easy access to all Barbados's attractions. There is a large supermarket in Fitts Village, which is just a short walk away. Opposite the supermarket, on the beach is the well-known Italian Restaurant, Il Tempio, with a very good beach bar for day time use. There are many other restaurants on the main coastal road between Bridgetown and Holetown including the legendary Cliff, Zaccios, Daphnes and Cin Cin of the most peaceful places you could stay on the island, situated away from the busy main roads. Holetown with bars, restaurants and shops only 3.5 km. Beach, bar and a supermarket only 3 minutes walk away! Fabulous white sandy beaches are 3minutes walking distance from the villa and wind along the coastline both north and south. As well as tourist attractions such as tropical gardens, safari jeep tours, horse riding, cruises, catamaran trips, water sports, golf, tennis, duty free shopping - the area has everything you could possibly want and more! With so many places of interest and excursions on offer it's hard to decide where to go and what to do! Car hire is simple and easy - to visit the rugged east coast, which is wild and beautiful and very different to the tranquil west coast.
