The Space:
This cozy apartment inside Khrysann Apartments Kingsland Terrace, offers a fantastic location for your stay in southwest Barbados! Just 4 minutes off the main highway and a 5-7 minute drive to the best beaches in Oistin Bay! You’ll have all you need here for a comfortable stay and a home base to rest during downtime from your island adventures!
The main spaces of the first-floor apartment (a level above the ground floor):
- A cute & cozy sitting room and kitchen area with a sofa, table, chairs & a wall-mounted TV.
- The kitchen side is very well-equipped with all you need to prepare meals at home. A built-in 2-burner stove, microwave oven, cookware, and more. It’s especially great if traveling on a budget. Plus it’s a comfortable place to eat, rest, explore and repeat!
- A comfortably furnished bedroom w/with a double bed, nice sized closet, a safe, and a quaint little vanity area with a light and mirror.
- A full bathroom with a tiled stand-in shower and storage space for your things.
- Step outside to the veranda for some Barbados breeze. You can enjoy a morning coffee or your favorite tropical drink at the table and chairs out there.

Situated in the Kingsland Terrace area, this apartment provides a cozy getaway stay to southwest Barbados!
- Near Welches, Miami & Enterprise Beaches - just a 5-7 min drive away
- Must do Oistin's Friday Night Fish Fry & Oistin's Fish & Street Market, straight down from the apartment to the beach 1.2 miles -- a 20-minute walk or a 5-min drive.
- Get in the water! The tranquil sea conditions on the west coast make it perfect for water activity.
- Embark on a catamaran cruise, fishing charter & coastal sightseeing tour
- 28-min to Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park! An underground limestone cavern accessed by tram, with streams, pools, stalagmites & stalactites. Great for kids!
- Go to Bridgetown for shopping & restaurants with cuisine ranging from local & Caribbean to Italian
- Stroll along Welches Beach to Surfer’s Cafe for some beachside dining & a sunset end to your day!
Getting Around:
You must coordinate with the local contact within 24 hours of your arrival to arrange the time to meet up at the apartment for check-in. If you’re arriving to check-in BEFORE 6 pm, then the contact will meet you there so you can provide your ID and sign the arrival form. If you’re arriving AFTER 6 pm, then you will go to the lockbox to retrieve the keys to check yourself in and the contact will meet you the next day for you to provide your ID and sign the arrival form. The lockbox code will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
From there, you’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message.
Other Things to Note:
This first-floor (above the ground floor) is a 345 sq. apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 2 guests. (note, must climb some steps to reach the front door)
In the event you need to quarantine according to the local laws please note this unit is NOT registered as a quarantine accommodation. You will need to make your own arrangements with a quarantine-approved hotel (which is usually a one-night stay) and then come to stay with us when cleared. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.
Wi-Fi, SmartTVs w/satellite service, loaner cell phone w/prepaid SIM card (just need to add credit), bed linens and bath towels are provided free during your stay.
Beach towels are provided but with a $30 deposit that’s returned to you when towels are returned.
There’s no daily housekeeping but if you’d like a cleaning, one can be arranged at an additional charge.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note we do supply some home and bath essentials complimentary upon arrival like soap, toilet paper, paper towels, some salt and pepper, sugar, creamer and some cleaning products. However, please note, unlike hotel service, these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
Electricity fees for long term-stays only (+30 nights) $0.50 USD Per KWh
*There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.

We are not able to offer any refund outside the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking if your travel plans are affected by Covid.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs inside the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets allowed.
