The superbly maintained property consists of the main house known as Angel Heights which is airconditioned throughout. This unit has three (3) bedrooms, the master is ensuite while the two guests share a jack and jill.
The master bedroom and guest bedroom one open onto the pool deck, while guest bedroom two is best suited for young children as it does not.
Exiting the unit from the kitchen door leads to the roof- deck bar that allows for unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea and sunset, perfect for sundowners or BBQ evening dining
The self-contained two bedroom air-conditioned annex known as Hummingbird Cottage has been expertly built to allow for complete privacy from the main house.
Both bedrooms open unto the upstairs patio offering unobstructed views of the ocean.
While listed as a cottage this unit offer the space and comforts of a main house, fully airconditioned throughout and a fully functioning kitchen with ovens.
Although the cottage has 2 bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to six persons due to one of the guest rooms carrying two trundle beds.
The property can accommodate 12 persons in total and is currently being offered as a 5 bedroom only.
Both properties have fully equipped kitchens complete with cookware, dining ware, glassware and utensils.
Housekeeping is provided four days per week (Mon- Sat)with garden and pool service twice per week.

The fifth bedroom located in the cottage has two trundle beds. The trundle bed can be made as a King (shown) and as a sing (also shown). Once opened as two kings, the space can be a bit tight so we do recommend this for teenagers or young adults if being used for more than two persons.
