Decorated with local photos of scenes in Barbados. It is environmentally friendly. All electricity and hot water is generated from the sun. The gardens are watered from harvested rain water making the gardens and lawns healthy and vibrant. There is a backup generator on the property in case of power outages. There is also filtered potable water that will last for 2 weeks in case of a water shutdown. It is 15mins from the airport and 10 mins from the supermarket. A car is HIGHLY recommended and I can arrange that for you. SunnyDay has a Ford Fiesta or Nissan March available for rent at $50US/day or $250US/week. You must book in advance since paperwork is required before you arrive. If you want to get away from the honking horns and congestion, this is where you would want to stay where the only noise are cows and sheep in the pasteur mooing and braying for their morning feed. You can jog or walk for miles on the rugged coastline and stop at one of 4 beaches located on your path - Bottom Bay, Harrismith, Sam Lords and Peat Bay for a swim or just a sun. Out of the 4 beaches, Sam Lords is the safest to bathe. I hope you will choose my villa for a truly local experience.
