Summary: The room was completely disgusting with human hair (including pubic hair) littered throughout. The property was very run down, albeit being in a very convenient area in the "gap". The staff were friendly, but were not as helpful when I asked for a refund given the state of the room, instead deferring me to expedia/hotels.com (which is not as convenient / timely). Either way, we were able to get a refund from the property so I'm grateful for that; however, I think its deceiving this property is rated "exceptional" with a 8+ star rating on hotels.com, that seems super inflated and not transparent with customers.
