A hard water treatment system has been installed for the entire condo. Moreover, for favourable drinking water, a reverse osmosis system has been installed in the kitchen. The dining and living room area is spacious and equipped with air conditioning. Stay connected and entertained with Wi-Fi and a Smart flat screen television. Leading from the dining and living room area is an outdoor balcony with an additional dining space.
There is a primary bedroom suite featuring a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower-bath combination, a Smart flat screen television, walk-in closet and balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a separate bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a small desk and office chair for remote work if required. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and blackout curtains for additional comfort.

The complex itself is located on the lively south coast of Barbados; just a stroll away from the famous St. Lawrence Gap. The closest beach access is directly across the street from the condominium complex. Dover Beach and Maxwell Beach are both within close walking distance. There is plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment within close proximity. Not to mention a convenience store right next door! The Grantley Adams International Airport is a 15 minute drive away.
Things to note: Although Terraces Condominiums is at the end of the St. Lawrence Gap, there may be some occasional noise from nearby restaurants and bars.
