The Space:
A stunning 3 bedroom property located on the exclusive. This three-bedroom villa is set amongst beautifully manicured gardens with commanding views of the lake and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The villa is a two levels design with the master bedroom and guest bedroom on the ground level and the kitchen, living and dining area on the upper level. The third bedroom is located in a detached private guest cottage located in the front courtyard of the property. All bedrooms are en-suite and fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans.
There is also a large communal pool only a couple steps away from the villa. All guests staying at this property will receive access to all resort facilities and access to the Beach Club at Mullins.
NOTE: Daily resort fee for use of the resort amenities. The cost per guest card will be USD $ 10.00 per day. Children under the age of 16 will not require a guest card. This will be payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon arrival and houseguest are asked to carry their cards at all times so they can be produced upon request when using the facility. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
