Higher Heights is a newly built apartment and part of an exclusive villa that is situated on the beautiful South Coast of the island, just moments away from the popular Long Beach which is known for its length, white sands, and kite surfing. There are two self-contained bedrooms on the first floor. Both rooms feature King size beds and have their own bathrooms and flat-screen TVs with an android box, plus a balcony with sea view or garden view.

Other amenities include a tv with an android box, air-conditioning, stovetop, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen, hair dryer, security safe, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first aid kit. There is a very large outdoor kitchen area with a beautiful view of the surroundings. A very large tiled terrace with barbecue and lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing. Washing machine on the premises (use for a fee), iron and board are available on the premises.
Guests are free to use the air conditioning at a fee. The air conditioning price is per room and for normal use when the guest is in the room.
